Sponsored placements should be distinguishable from ordinary results where applicable.
5. Premium Business Visibility
Premium visibility may include enhanced presentation, additional placement opportunities or promotional features, but does not guarantee customer enquiries or sales.

Where an advertisement links to another page or website, the destination should be functional, relevant and not intentionally deceptive.
12. User Safety
Advertising should not create unreasonable safety risks or encourage unlawful or harmful conduct.
13. Advertisement Review
MEREPAAS may review advertising content before or after publication and may request changes where needed.
14. Rejection or Suspension
Advertisements, sponsored placements or promotional features may be rejected, restricted or suspended if they violate policy or create material risk.
15. Payment and Visibility
Payment does not permit policy violations and does not guarantee permanent ranking, permanent visibility, traffic, leads or customer response.
16. Sponsored Identification
Sponsored or featured content should be identified where applicable so users can understand when placement is promotional.
17. No Automatic Endorsement
Advertising or paid placement on MEREPAAS does not automatically mean that MEREPAAS endorses the advertiser, its products or its services.
18. Policy Changes
This Advertising Policy may be updated as promotional products, platform features or requirements evolve.
